Strawberry Shortcake Mug Cake recipe:

- 20 g (1½ tbsp) Butter
- 15 g (1 tbsp) Sugar
- 45 g (3 tbsp) warm Milk
- 1/4 tsp Vanilla
- 35 g (4 tbsp) All purpose flour
- ½ tsp Baking powder
- Pinch of Salt
- 2 tbsp Strawberries, cut into little pieces

Top with whipped cream or cool whip!

Carrot Cake Mug Cake

- 20 g (1½ tbsp) Butter
- 15 g (1 tbsp) Sugar
- 45 g (3 tbsp) warm Milk
- 1-2 tbsp tbsp grated carrots
- 35 g (4 tbsp) All purpose flour
- ½ tsp Baking powder
- 1/2 tsp Cinnamon
- Pinch of Salt

Top with whipped cream or cool whip!

Lemon Blueberry Mug Cake

- 20 g (1½ tbsp) Butter
- 15 g (1 tbsp) Sugar
- 45 g (3 tbsp) warm Milk
- 4-5 gratings of lemon zest( zest it directly in the mug)
- 35 g (4 tbsp) All purpose flour
- ½ tsp Baking powder
- 2 tbsp of Blueberries
- Pinch of Salt

Lemon Drizzle: 2 tbsp powdered sugar + 1 tsp lemon juice.
Add more powdered sugar or more lemon juice for a thicker or more runny consistency.
