Cave of Elijah is a grotto cave on Mount Carmel, in Haifa, Israel that is associated with Prophet Elijah.
According to tradition, Prophet Elijah is believed to have prayed at the grotto before challenging the prophets of Baal on Mount Carmel as recorded in the Book of 1 Kings chapter 18
The grotto is a Holy place for Jewish, Christian, Muslim and Druze people.
