This is a Handmade Postal Steam Punk Guita rwith a built in Amp and Speaker.
The body is solid Mahogany shot with Nitro..
The neck is Maple with a Rosewood fret board and 25 1/2 inch scale.
The head stock has a hand carved Postal patented Scroll.
The tuners are vintage style with Keystone.
The guitar is mildly road worn.
The pickup is a Kent Armstrong Humbucker.
The pickup is wired internally to Guitar Fuel 5 Watt Amplifier and a Speaker. It also is wired to an external output jack that you can plug into and amplifier and play as loud as any guitar.
There are inputs on the guitar for headphones and an external power source which I don't have.
I run the amp on a 9 volt battery which lived in a compartment on the back of the guitar.
When you use the built in amp you can get a good volume for at home playing. There are controls for Volume Tone and a Master for getting a overdrive sound. There is a power switch to turn on the amp.
There is also a slide switch that acts as a kill switch.
You have a stacked V and T knob for the humbucker pickup.
the volume has to be up on the pickup for the amp to function.
The vintage pick guard is vintage distressed aluminium.
There is a vintage Meter mounted on the upper bout.
on the back is a cover for the back of the speaker and I fabricated a slightly extended cover for a bit of the amp that extended past the body.
I feel it was worth it to get the 5 watt amp installed.
The guitar comes with a Hard Shell Case.
