First impression is that is still very much feels like Chen, but does feel a bit weaker. I will say matchmaking does make it a bit odd at the moment since Zarya and Chen are both "new" so this game we had three warriors which far from normal.

Overall, I think there more variety than before and he can built for many different situations depending on map or enemy team.
