Notre patient souhaite corriger son nez. En effet, le pointe du nez de notre patient tombe légèrement et l'angle nasofrontal est un peu trop creux. Nous allons donc relever et projeter la pointe du nez, combler l'angle nasolabial et l'angle nasofrontal.
Nous commençons par injecter lentement dans la columelle, afin que la lidocaïne qui est associée à l'acide hyaluronique ait le temps de faire effet. Nous uitilisons le même point d'entrée en pliant légèrement notre aiguille pour injecter vers la pointe du nez, ce qui va permettre de soutenir le nez, selon le principe de notre concept "Eiffel Tower Nose Lift". Enfin, nous comblons l'angle nasofrontal pour obtenir un nez droit et naturel. Pour les hommes, nous n'injectons pas ou très peu la pointe du nez, car cela donnerait un style trop féminin.

Our patient wishes to correct his nose. Indeed, the tip of the nose of our patient is a little bit dropping and the nasofrontal angle is a little too hollow. We will therefore lift and project the tip of the nose, fill in the nasolabial angle and the nasofrontal angle. We start by injecting slowly into the columella, so that the lidocaine which is associated with hyaluronic acid has time to take effect. We use the same entry point by slightly bending our needle to inject towards the tip of the nose, which will support the nose, according to the principle of our "Eiffel Tower Nose Lift" concept. Finally, we fill in the nasofrontal angle to obtain a straight and natural nose. For men, we don't inject the tip of the nose, or very little, because it would give a too feminine look.
