The Delhi Congress has been making sounds to the effect of -- We want to make sure that the central government's permission is given for this Bill , which implies that they will use some dilatory tactics at least if not outright walking out if Kejriwal tables the Bill which neither the Lt. Governor nor the Attorney General nor the UPA look upon favourably. Meanwhile the BJP is jumping in the fray to say that they will support the Bill and are not responsible for Keriwal's quitting if it comes to pass.
