To just call Torched Hop a restaurant would be criminally underselling what it contributes to the Atlanta brewpub scene. Brothers Chris and Stephen Bivens started Torched Hop to combine their passions for beer and killer pub food and create a spot perfect for everything from a date night to a massive corporate event. Most restaurants would settle and offer a domestic beer with a burger and fries, but Torched Hop goes one step beyond with house-brewed beers (they’ve created over 400 beers since they opened!) and a constantly-rotating menu of creative dishes like Fish and Chips and, of course, their famous Wu Fries!
