This week we're bringing you a HIIT workout featuring the Fit Stik Pro and Hyperwear's Sandbell.
You'll have five exercises performing 30 seconds of work each with 15 seconds of rest. Go as hard as you can and try to not rest for more than just the 15 seconds.

// Single Arm Chest Press
// Renegade Row w/ Slam
// Alternating Crossover Lunge w/ Row
// Squat Circles
// 90 Degree Jump Press
