A Basalt farm which you can build in the Overword, except the Nether is twice as fast.

So build it on the nether roof (you need Haste 2 and Beacons can't go through bedrock) and then enjoy the benefits. If you do this, have the hoppers all facing sideways leading into 5 chests along the side of the farm so they can better keep up with the drops, and then make sure the block above the chests is glass or similar so you can open the chests.
