Three new COVID-19 clusters have emerged in Singapore, as authorities reported 35 new infections on Mar 30. One of the new clusters is Wilby Residences, which is tied to seven infections. Another is S11 Dormitory @ Punggol at 2 Seletar North Link, which is linked to four infections. Hero's, a bar along Circular Road, has been linked to five cases.
