Showing you how to edit the APN settings when the + is missing and the 3 dots do nothing on the Sharp Aquos R and many other phones which doesn't allow you to manually edit the APN settings.
My Sharp Aquos R is originally on Softbank Japan network and they've restricted the user being able to edit the APN settings and after failing to find a solution online I have to figure it out myself and so I did. Enjoy!
