The Yugoslav war crimes tribunal has indicted Bosnian Serb leader Radovan Karadzic and his army commander, General Ratko Mladic, on more war crimes.
They also face genocide charges following the massacre of Muslims in the so-called United Nations 'safe area' of Srebrenica last July.
It's the second time the two leaders - seen here at a military ceremony in northeast Bosnia last June - have been indicted on these charges.
In July they were indicted for crimes against Bosnia's Muslims and Croats, including attacks on the capital Sarajevo.
The tribunal in The Hague says this latest indictment relates to crimes of unprecedented cruelty against the Bosnian Muslim population.

The U-N designated "safe area" of Srebrenica came under attack by the Bosnian Serbs on July 6th and fell five days later.
The tribunal says the two men share the blame, along with their troops.
SOUNDBITE:
Both accused are alleged to be individually responsible for the crimes. They are also alleged to be responsible for the crimes committed by their subordinates in regard to whom the investigation by the office of the prosecutor is still going on.

The new indictments follow reports that Mladic and Karadzic have agreed to relinquish power once a U-S-sponsored peace deal is signed.
The reports said their relinquishment of power would be in exchange for not being handed over to the war crimes tribunal.
