Mod video for the original Budokai. In an alternate universe, Vegeta achieves the level of Super Saiyan before Mecha Frieza comes to Earth, and once Frieza does arrive, Vegeta, in spite of those old problems of forgetting people's names and occasionally having no face, gives him a scare.
