How to create a healthy high-energy snack in just 5 minutes! These Chocolate Chip Peanut Butter Raw Edible Cookie Dough Bites are clean eating, vegan, raw (if you soak your chickpeas), and absolutely delicious! ⠀
INGREDIENTS
1 13.5-oz can cooked chickpeas, drained, rinsed, and patted dry
1/2 cup natural peanut butter
1/4 cup rolled oats, uncooked (use GF oats if GF)
2 tsp pure vanilla extract
2 1/2 tbsp pure maple syrup
1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
1/8 tsp sea salt
1 tbsp unsweetened almond milk, plus more, as needed to thin
1/3 cup dark chocolate chips or cacao nibs
