A five-member bench of the Supreme Court on Tuesday will hear a petition on the impeachment move against Chief Justice Dipak Misra, which was recently rejected by Vice President Venkaiah Naidu. The petition filed by the Congress says Mr Naidu's decision was "illegal and arbitrary" and taken in a "cavalier, cryptic and abrupt manner", without an inquiry.
