This workout has been designed for sailors of all levels – beginner, intermediate, and advanced – to build strength in a way that allows you to easily do the tasks you need to on the boat. Many of the exercises mimic the moves you do, such as tacking and jibbing, pulling on the sheets or letting out the sheets, lowing or raising the sails, or pulling the sail bag.
