As the head chef at Oslo’s Sentralen restaurant, Christina Hjeltnes Grønning has achieved a live goal she didn’t expect to realize before she turned 30. In the kitchen, her nose to tail approach is intertwined with a sharing concept that aims to introduce Norwegian patrons to the joys of dipping into different plates at the same time. Grønning revamps traditional Norwegian dishes and loves to challenge people’s tastes.
