Thembinkosi Lorch (born 22 July 1993), nicknamed "Nyoso" or "sms" (Shake my soul) , is a South African professional footballer who plays as a Midfielder for Orlando Pirates and the South African national team.[1]He is a quick , skillfull and intelligent winger who likes to cut in and shoot with his preferred foot.
Lorch was named both South African Player of the Season and Players' Player of the Season in 2019.
In his first start for the South Africa national team, at the 2019 Africa Cup of Nations, Lorch scored the winning goal to knock out hosts Egypt in the Round of 16 in front of 80,000 fans. He was named Man of the Match. Also known as Moses the liberator.
