Beef Broth, I used about 8 cups
1 large Onion, chopped
6 Garlic cloves, crushed (or 1 tbsp minced garlic)
1/3 cup all-purpose flour
1 bag Fingerling or baby Potatoes
2 large Carrots, diced
4 Celery ribs, diced
14 oz can diced tomatoes
1/4 cup Tomato paste
2 tbsp beef bouillon (or 2 cubes crushed)
Pinch of salt
1/2 tsp Ground Black Pepper
1 tsp Mild Paprika
2-3 Bay Leaves
chopped Parsley
Slurry:
2 tbsp Flour
1/4 cup water
