Hey guys

Welcome back to my channel. If you're new around here, my name is Alisha and today I'm going to show you how to make a 5 ingredient Oreo cheesecake/cookies and cream cheesecake recipe. Yes, just 5 ingredients and it's no bake so super simple to make! This is packed full of Oreo's - an Oreo base, cheesecake filling with Oreo pieces and Oreo's on top.

Ingredients
Base:
250g Oreo's
75g butter

Cheesecake filling/topping:
600g full fat cream cheese
300ml double cream
120g icing sugar
1/2tsp vanilla extract (optional - the Oreo's are vanilla flavoured, but I like to add in a touch of vanilla extract too)
1 pack of Oreo's (roughly 150g)

Topping:
150ml double cream
2tbsp icing sugar
More Oreo's
