I've been snagging buildings and finding construction defects for years but I still learn new things every time. In this video, I snag a house extension project I designed. I use a snagging template and iPad to go from room to room in the house to find construction defects.

The client and contractor were on site for most of this snag, so I could only film a quick run around the house at the end. The proper snag happened off-camera and took two hours.
