Bhatura Recipe with Yeast means it contains curd instead of yeast to make batura with curd. Bhatura is a soft big size fluffy puri. Simply eat with Chana masala.No yeast bhatura are authentic bhatura.

INGREDIENT
Make 8-10 Bhature
Maida/Plain flour 2 &1/2 cup
Curd 1/2 cup
Oil for frying
Sugar 1/2 tsp
A pinch Baking soda
Baking powder 1 tsp
Salt as per taste
Water for kneading


PROCEDURE -
In a bowl add maida, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, and curd.
Mix it.
Now slowly add water and make hard dough.
Apply oil knead the dough for five minutes.
Give rest to the dough for two hours
After two hours make 8 lemon balls of bhatura dough.
In a big pan add oil and make it hot on high flame.
Once it hot then lower down the flame to medium heat.
Start making bhatura on hand or roll bhatura with a rolling pin.
Now keep bhatura in oil.
With the help of spoon press bhatura so that it becomes fluffy.
Once it fully fluffy from one side turn it another side.
Bhatura is ready to enjoy with chole masala.
