There are many topical applications which address excessively curved, painful nails. The one I use is called Curve Correct. You can actually buy these kits on their website and try them at home yourself, if you would like to. It takes a little bit of practice and patience, but you can do it!

Other applications include Onyfix, BS Brace, and acrylic bands. The Curve Correct system is the least expensive and easiest to use for those who have no nail training. Each band should last at LEAST 2 weeks, and should remain completely pain-free the entire time. If there is any discomfort, the pain will amplify the longer it's on the nail, so it's best to remove and try again, or try a different tension.

If you have nail pain due to curved nails, ingrown nails, improperly trimmed nails, or any other nail deformity, the Curve Correct could be a great solution for you!
