A quick-thinking police officer has been caught on CCTV saving a man's life at a train station in Medellin, Colombia. The officer, who has been named as Gustavo Chaparro, caught the man by his shirt as he allegedly attempted to jump in front of the oncoming subway train.
"Thanks to all those who want to show their appreciation, but it is my job to protect and serve the community," Mr Chaparro said afterwards, adding: "'And I will continue to do so." Report by Sophie Foster.
