We interviewed Mr Jack Ng, CEO of Sky Urban Solutions Holding Pte Ltd, on how technology, engineering, design and farming have transformed the way vegetables are farmed.
Growing More with Less, an Urban Lab exhibition, unearths these possibilities and highlights the farming innovations that have been conceptualised, test-bedded and implemented. These farms have demonstrated how innovations can lead to higher yield with less resource. When adopted on a larger scale, Singapore could overcome resource constraints and enhance food resilience.
