There is a guy who says that we are natural starch eaters 🌾
But our bodies can’t even digest many types of starches. That makes “The Starch Solution” look like less of a solution—if we can eat it but can’t digest it 🌽
Is it the solution? Brown rice, baked potato, popped corn… is there some starch that we’re made to eat? Is it the exception, or are we truly not starch eaters, no matter what Dr. McDougall says?
