140! NOT 160!! SORRY!

Simple, sweet, and delicious! Was taught by one of my students and I just have to pass it on!

Note: most people recommend seating the oven at 160 degrees Celsius which is why I probably did it in this video, and why it's totally fine so I didn't reshoot it, but ACTUALLY I SET IT TO 140!!

Method Summary:
1) Get Japanese satsumaimo (or any other sweet potato).
2) Wash the outside. (I usually use the same cloth I use to wash dishes, but a soft brush works if you have one).
3) Preheat an oven to 140 degrees Celsius (284 F).
4) Wrap the potatoes in tin foil.
5) Bake in the oven for 90 minutes.
