Hey guys, thanks for joining in today’s follow along 15MIN FLAT TUMMY AND BIG BUM WORKOUT!
This standing workout is all about the abs and butt to get you that hourglass figure! This workout is going to get you that flat tummy and big bum! No equipment and no mat needed. Your abs and butt is going to be on fire after this workout! It’s only 10 min, give it a try and let me if you enjoyed it.
This is an AT HOME workout, you can do it anytime, anywhere! If you are serious about growing your butt and getting lean abs then I suggest performing this workout 3-4 times a week, giving your muscles enough time to rest and recover.
The structure for this workout:
-7 exercises (30s ON, 10s OFF)
-x2 SETS
-30s REST in between sets
