This video shows a 25-year old female patient with hip pain and posterior extraarticular ischiofemoral hip impingement. She has valgus, high femoral version above 35° and high acetabular version above 25° and the impingement conflict (red zone in the video) is mainly located between the ischium and the lesser trochanter. This video is made with a patient-specific CT-based 3D-model using a software for dynamic simulation of hip impingement of the University of Bern, Switzerland.
