1.5 litre Water 水
200g Mince meat 肉碎
3 pcs Century Egg 皮蛋
2 stalks Spring onion 葱花
Seasoning for minces meat | 肉碎调味料:
Sesame oil, soy sauce and white pepper powder
Seasoning for porridge | 粥底调味料:
Homemade chicken stock, white pepper powder
