The Wave is @DraytonManorResort's NEW FOR 2024 re-imagining of the park's classic 1994 stand up roller coaster - Shockwave.
Following extensive work to re-imagine the iconic roller coaster for a brand new generation Drayton Manor have transformed their once, incredibly rough stand up roller coaster in to one of the smoothest roller coaster experiences on park.
The ride now features sit down trains with just a lap bar giving for some absolutely amazing hangtime and pumps up the thrills with a brand new head chopper, new immersive theming throughout the queue line and ride area and so much more.
