USS Constellation steamed into tier 7 at 33.3 knots as a tier 7 Premium USN Battleship, er battlecruiser really. Like mentioned she is very fast, but gains all this speed by being more lightly armored. Her armament consists of 8 x 406mm guns, borrowing the same guns found on Colorado a tier lower, albeit with battlecruiser dispersion ellipses, and sharing the same 1.9 sigma rating. This means Constellation is exceptionally accurate. On top of this she has solid AA, and 3 x 9km torpedoes on each side of the ships with great rear firing angles, but poor for pushing. Finally, Constellation has a 9.9 km radar that lasts for 30 seconds, to round her out as an exceptional utility battleship at the tier. Is she worth brining to your port?
