The CFFactory, an international conference on cities, climate change and finance hosted was attended by over 140 representatives from cities, national governments, financial institutions, NGOs and the private sector. The event hosted by the C40 Cities Finance Facility and the Senate of Berlin at Berlin's historic City Hall, investigated the barriers to cities in accessing finance for their low carbon and climate resilient infrastructure projects.
