A full body blast in 15 minutes! This workout is short, but not so sweet! 😬🔥
The only equipment you will need is your mat and dumbbells! During this quick, but effective resistance training session, you will target your back, biceps, triceps, chest, shoulders, abs, quads, hamstrings, and glutes! Each exercise we only execute once, so make sure you are giving it your all for each set! The working time is a bit longer than usual during this workout, and that is to make sure we challenge each muscle group with this shorter strength session.

As always focus on maintaining proper form and full range of motion, work at your own pace, go heavy enough, challenge yourself, and of course, make the most of it!
