Here is a glimpse of my training at Knockout Zone Miami with with Owner Diego Devera. Did some High Intensity Interval Training with some MMA conditioning for explosive strength. Video Highlights covers pulling a 150 lbs sled with my 40 lbs vest on and lifting 125 lbs muaythai bag exploding for 4-5 steps and changing shoulders. 2nd exercise pulling 150 lbs sled with my vest, doing modified burpees and ending with pad work combinations.
