✔️ 8 Best Exercises for Pregnancy (Full Body Strength Exercises)
✔️ Perform each exercise for 40 seconds of work, followed by 20 seconds rest
✔️ Repeat all 8 exercises x 2 sets
✔️ Bonus round: complete 5 reps of each exercise
