The world's first liquid-driven diaphragm hydrogen compressor. This product uses a self-developed high-pressure plug pump to provide a pressure source. Hydraulic reversal is achieved through a self-developed high-frequency reversing valve, which drives the diaphragm to compress the gas.
Compared with traditional diaphragm compressors, the high-pressure plug pump and reversing valve replace the mechanical transmission of the crankshaft connecting rod, making the product volume only about 50% of the traditional diaphragm compressor, and its application scenarios are very wide.
The liquid-driven diaphragm hydrogen compressor adopts a modular design and consists of a base, a diaphragm head assembly, a reversing valve assembly, a high-pressure plug pump assembly, a transmission system, an oil circuit system, a gas circuit system, and an explosion-proof system. The key components are all designed and developed by self. The compressor body is skid-mounted to facilitate the transportation, installation, and maintenance of the equipment.
The hydrogenation stations use 45 MPa and 90 MPa hydraulic diaphragm compressors, and hydrogen production and refueling use 22 MPa and 32 MPa hydraulic diaphragm compressors. All models can achieve large flow output through parallel connection of drive units.
The liquid-driven diaphragm hydrogen compressor products obtain significant advantages compared with traditional diaphragm and liquid-driven piston compressors. It adopts a fool-proof design to effectively provide pre-warning for various faults. It passes the explosion-proof certification of the complete machine and is the only one in the industry to pass the 5,000-hour life test of the complete machine, which greatly exceeds the equipment testing standards of the energy industry.
The 45 MPa compressor used in the hydrogenation station can be upgraded to a 90 MPa compressor on-site by replacing the membrane head assembly, achieving dual uses in one machine. The 22 MPa filling compressor can be upgraded to a 32 MPa filling compressor on-site by adjusting the pressure-reducing cylinder assembly.
It is equipped with a digital twin operation and maintenance platform, which can remotely monitor and maintain the equipment, and diagnose and solve problems online. Liquid-driven diaphragm compressors have been widely used in hydrogenation stations, green power hydrogen production, hydrogen filling, energy, the chemical industry, the steel industry, and other fields.
