This week we are quilting funky feathers on our domestic sewing machine. I love this design because it's flexible and fun with very little backtracking and the feathers can be all different shapes and sizes! If you are wanting to try feathers, but don't want the stress of traditional feathers yet, this is a great starting point. Quilt them with or without the vein depending on your preference and comfort level.
