00:00 – Q&A – Q1 – Ramana Maharishi said, ‘Japa’, when practised continuously, becomes internal and automatic. So, how does one explain this through Kriya Yoga? Can one practice this internal, silent automatic chanting of a mantra along with Kriya yoga?
08:03 – Q2 – You narrated the story of the birth of Sadashiva Brahmendra earlier and that his mother chanted the mantra all the time. How can we, in this life chant a mantra all the time? We need to be occupied with only that.
08:39 – Q3 – If one has already taken initiation from another Guru is it okay if we get initiated by you and practice this kriya?
09:34 – Q4 – Some 20 years ago I did Kundalini Yoga Meditation from Vedathri maharishi. Is it okay to practice this kriya now?

Q5 (b) – For someone who is naturally drawn to the path of knowledge than yoga, how do I cultivate some seeds of bhakti, because I have heard you and other masters speak about the benefits of bhakti even if one is in the path of knowledge?
15:41 – Q6 - I have heard you say before that the individual is a spark of the divine but I have also heard you say that there is only one Supreme Being. The first one I think is Visishtadvaita and the second one Advaita. What is the role of Kriya in this?
21:46 – Q7 – In deep meditation I am not sure sometimes if I am meditating deeply or sleeping….
24:22 – Q8 – Normally I do my kriya at 10am when I am free. But when I wake up, I sit and chant my Guru mantra and it goes very well. Then if I sleep after that, I fall into a very deep, peaceful sleep. So, is it okay if I get into this sleep pattern?
