Chipotle Garlic Rotisserie Beef Ribs for a little inspiration! 🍖 🌶 🔥
These two beef plate ribs were sitting in my freezer for the past 2 weeks begging to be cooked. Grab them a few weeks back and have been planning this recipe ever since. Scored and seasoned these ribs with my Chipotle Garlic Rub from Spiceology. Placed them on the rotisserie over some hot wood and lump charcoal from Cowboy Charcoal. Grilled for just over 4 hours until they were 205F internal. Pulled off and let them rest for an hour then dove in! Cheers and get that fire going!
