I love this upper-body dumbbell workout, we will be doing a combination of seated and standing upper-body exercises with plenty of rest between each movement!
If you are a beginner start with 2.5-5lb dumbbells and if the movements feel really easy you can increase the weight! Also if you are looking for some recommendations of modifications to follow comment below and I will send some to you sister! 🧡
