INGREDIENTS:
🔹 1 1/2 lb skinless salmon fillet, cut into chunks
🔹 2 tsp Dijon mustard
🔹 2–3 tbsp minced green onions
🔹 1 cup chopped fresh parsley
🔹 1 tsp ground coriander
🔹 1 tsp ground sumac
🔹 ½ tsp sweet paprika
🔹 1/2 tsp black pepper
🔹 Kosher Salt
🔹 Italian bread crumbs for coating (about 1/3 cup or so)
🔹 1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil (I used Private Reserve Greek EVOO)
🔹 1 lemon
