May is Borderline Personality Disorder awareness month, and I will be uploading one video a day, every day in May to raise awareness of this illness.

In this video, I will be going through the third of the 9 signs and symptoms of BPD taken from the Diagnostic and Statistical Manual for Mental Disorders (DSM-4).

Today’s is number 3 of 9 - ‘Identity disturbance: persistent and markedly disturbed, distorted, or unstable self-image of sense of self’.
