today I bake a break with my mother! this is a traditional bread of our village. This bread is very easy to prepare.


🔵 Ingredients for 5 pieces of bread:
6 cups of flour
2 cups of water
Half a cup of oil
A third of a cup of full-fat yogurt
A tablespoon of yeast
A teaspoon of salt
A cup of sugar

Half a cup of full-fat yogurt
A tablespoon of turmeric
A third of a cup of oil


🔵 How to prepare traditional bread:
To prepare this delicious bread, first we mix all the ingredients (flour, water, oil, yogurt, etc.) and knead it well, and then we put it in a warm place for an hour. Then we divide it into small pieces and spread it, pour the ingredients on it, and put it in the clay oven.
