We had an account lock out while doing some recent testing with our Origin Account, and upon contacting Origin's customer service chat to get help unlocking the account... I was greeted with a rep who was lying to me about how to fix the issue, and even went as far to say that they 'checked' the account on their end and there was 'no issue', upon trying another computer we were greeted with a hardware change message... and the next day a customer service rep on the phone confirmed the account was locked out... but there was still nothing that could be done....
