We start new video series about making coffee and recipes from the game “My café: Recipes and Stories". Roman and Kate, professional baristas from the JS Barista Training Center team will acquaint us with main types of coffee and will teach how to make coffee and make best coffee recipes.

In this video we will make a really tasty drink Espresso Mojito.
We need:
Ice cream (100 g)
Lemon juice (25 ml)
Mint
Sugar
Espresso (70 ml)
Sparkling water (100 ml)

Add ice cream, lemon juice, sparkling water and a double espresso with sugar to a glass. Decorate with mint sprig.

Our Coffee is ready!
