Seafood Pasta Recipe is a quick, simple and easy recipe mix of squids, prawns, clams and mussels and tossed everything with linguine in a tomato sauce.
INGREDIENTS
350 g Linguine or any type of pasta
250 g raw Prawns (peeled, leave tails)
150 g Squid rings (cut the large rings)
300 g Clams (scrubbed)
300 g Mussels (scrubbed and debearded)
1 can crushed Tomato (400 g)
Salt and pepper to taste
1 tsp Seasoning powder
1 tbsp fresh Parsley (chopped)
1 medium Onion (chopped)
4 cloves Garlic (minced)
3 tbsp Olive oil
PROCEDURES
- In a large pot of boiling water, add oil and salt
- Cook pasta according to package directions. Drain and set aside.
- Meanwhile, in a large preheated pan, over medium heat, add oil. Saute onion and garlic.
- Add squid, cook for a minute. Then add prawns, cook until light pink.
- Add salt and pepper to taste, crushed tomato, seasoning powder and parsley, then stir.
- Add clams and mussels, mix to the sauce, then cover. Reduce the heat and cook for 2-3
minutes or until fully open. If any of the clams and mussels don't open, discard them.
- Add cooked pasta, toss until well coated with the sauce.
- Serve on a plate. Sprinkle some parsley. You can sprinkle grated cheese if you wish.
- ENJOY!
NOTE: Fresh or Frozen seafood can be used in this recipe. If there is fresh seafood available much better.
