📑 INGREDIENTS:
(glass size 200 ml)

2 eggs
a pinch of salt
120 g/ 4.2 oz sugar (3/4 cup)
1 tsp vanilla extract
100 g/ 3.3 oz vegetable oil (5 tablespoons)
200 g/ 7 oz yogurt (6 full tablespoons)
230 g/ 8.1 oz flour (1 cup + 2/3 cup)
15 g/ 0.5 oz baking powder for flour (3 tsp)
11-13 apricots
Bake in the oven for 45 minutes at 180 C (360F)
Decorate with powdered sugar.
