This is one of Act 2's main bosses: Dr. Bathory Mengele (The Butcheress trophy). Use Blood Rage to destroy her, and stand on the thin white strips whenever she hits the console to open the floors. Rinse & repeat!

Thrilled to be able to finally play this on PS5! Little disappointed they didn't do anything with the trophies (or at -least- give us a Platinum trophy), but I still love both these games. Now even more people can experience Rayne's badass-ery!
