As Americans face high gas prices, inflation across the board, supply-chain problems and of course the never-ending pandemic, President Joe Biden, signing one part of his massive economic agenda, promised their lives are “going to change for the better.” The White House called it "a once-in-a-generation investment in our nation's infrastructure and competitiveness..." that will rebuild bridges and rails, expand access to clean drinking water and ensure access to high-speed internet. Meanwhile, part two of his economic agenda, Build Back Better, opposed by opponents as a “socialist wish list” remains in flux and may or may not happen. Also on the agenda is a high stakes meeting with China. Press Secretary Jen Psaki says President Biden's virtual meeting with President Xi Jinping will address ways to manage competition between the two countries. White House Correspondent, Owen Jensen reports.
